If the advertising account is located within a Customer Center (MCC) and therefore managed by an agency, it will still find its credit within your account if it is eligible. The value of the credit will vary based on some elements not yet specified by Google, but will certainly be based on the history of spending and investments in Ads made by the Company. Advertising credits will be released starting from May and can be used until 31 December 2020, after which date they will be revoked.
